TARGET with Antal also in the new collaboration agreement with Ropeye

TARGET assisted Antal – an Italian company internationally renowned for the production of sailing deck equipment – in negotiating and finalizing a partnership agreement with Ropeye, a Padua-based company specializing in composite and textile components and a leading supplier for the IMOCA 60 Class.

The strategic collaboration with Ropeye aims to offer a fully integrated, 360-degree solution on selected projects, particularly in the racing world.

TARGET acted with our Senior Associate Teresa Di Lillo, under the coordination of our Partner Tommaso Amirante, providing legal assistance and advice to Antal in defining the agreement.
